Teva Trails Challenge: Riverrock
Adventure doesn’t wait, why should you? The Teva Trails Challenge encourages your inner child to head out the door and explore your trails throughout the days of Riverrock! Join a team or go solo, it's your adventure. Earn badges while you explore the trails, including a special 'Tested on the Trail' badge for trying out a pair of Teva's on the trail!
The Teva Trails Challenge is your permission slip to run wild. For a few days, the select trails become your personal playground. Whether you're clocking miles with friends or sneaking in solo dirt time, this challenge is about chasing dirt. Sign up, strap in, and start exploring.
A collection of specific trails have been chosen for you to experience, and there is a ‘Hike Anywhere’ trail waiting for you as well. Just record your activities on your choice of tracking device connected to your profile or utilize the Terrain Scouts app.
Immerse yourself in the world of Teva at our Dominion Energy Riverrock pop-up. Come stop by the Teva booth to go for a guided hike, win some giveaway items, and step into adventure with ease. Festival attendees can now test drive a pair of trusty Teva hiking boots, cushioned trail running sandals, and durable water-ready shoes for the day — because the best adventures start with the right gear.
Registration Details
1. Create an account with Terrain Scouts.
2. Register for the Teva Trails Challenge.
3. Link an activity tracking account to the challenge (don’t worry, there are several free tracking options! You’ll be able to create one if you don’t already have one).
4. If you are using an activity tracking app on your phone, be sure it is downloaded and that you are logged on. Better yet, go test it out and make sure you know how to start, end, and save your activities before the challenge starts.

Teva Shakeout Run
Join us for an unforgettable evening of movement, community, and good times at Dominion Energy Riverrock. We’re kicking things off with a sunset trail run Saturday, May 16th at 5:30 PM, led by Richmond Trail Runners and joined by elite ultrarunner Mike Wardian.
Whether you’re looking to shake out your legs or just enjoy miles with friends, this is a relaxed, all-levels run meant to celebrate trail running together.
Before heading out, gear up for the run by demoing Teva’s latest performance footwear, including the Aventrail R2T, Teva’s road-to-trail hybrid running sandal, or the Hurricane Trailsetter, a versatile go-anywhere trail runner built for the trails ahead. Teva is proud to support Richmond Trail Runners for this event- for every shoe demoed, we are contributing $20 toward their trail advocacy goals, up to $2K. After the miles, stick around to enjoy music (show starts at 6:15 PM), plus drinks and food on Teva, and time to mingle with Mike Wardian and the local trail community.
